I am Kesha Camelia—entrepreneur, marketing consultant, business coach, branding expert, creative director, event designer and professional florist.

 

My work lives at the intersection of creativity and strategy. Whether I am developing a brand, designing an event, creating a floral experience or helping an entrepreneur move their business forward, my goal is always the same: to transform a vision into something meaningful, memorable and commercially strong.

As the founder of KC Events, KC Flowers, Bloom & Beans and Next Move Business Consulting, I have built a diverse portfolio of businesses that brings together my passion for entrepreneurship, marketing, hospitality, events and floral artistry.

I believe the most powerful ideas are created when imagination meets intention. That is why I do more than make things look beautiful—I create experiences that communicate, connect and leave a lasting impression.

My Journey

After graduating from the International School of Curaçao, I moved to the Netherlands to continue my education. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing, from Rotterdam Business School. I later completed my Master of Business Administration at Webster University.

I began my professional career with the Government of Curaçao, where I worked as a policy advisor responsible for communications and later specialized in internal communications.

After gaining valuable experience in the public sector, I took the entrepreneurial step and founded Next Move Business Consulting, a marketing and communications consultancy. Through Next Move, I advise governmental organizations in Bonaire and Curaçao, as well as businesses and private institutions, on communication, branding, organizational development and strategic growth.

My passion for creating meaningful experiences also led me to establish KC Events and KC Flowers. Through these companies, I combine strategic thinking with creative design to produce events, floral concepts and brand experiences that are both visually impressive and purpose-driven.

Today, my journey continues through Bloom & Beans—a concept that brings together flowers, coffee, gifting and hospitality in one inspiring experience.
